Fear does not help you evolve… so squash that fear.

Fear is a liar and there is nothing about it that is from God. In fact, Scripture is very specific about it.

“For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love, and self-control.”  2 Timothy 1:7 TPT

We defeat fear with God’s promises.

I’m a creative person who needs something tactile and visual to help me. I got the idea for the “Squash Fear” Vision Board process from an art project.  Art can be both tactile and visual.board while we’re working on the fear portion of it.

I know…..I know….. no one wants to be in a room of people and admit to their fear. This is why I keep all of my vision board sessions very quiet and introspective. This is NOT group discussion. I’ve even devised a way for you to hide your board while we’re working on the fear portion of it.
