About Our Process

What is a Vision Board?

In our fast-paced world, the constant barrage of information can often leave us overwhelmed.  We need a peaceful break from the chaos.

A Vision Board provides a safe place to anchor and visualize our hopes and life-goals.

Your Vision Board is made up of images, words and phrases chosen by you. They represent your dreams and passions. The intention and energy you choose to put towards creating your vision board helps your brain filter out distractions making those thoughts and dreams actually happen over time.  The process helps you go below the surface of everyday hustle and bustle.

The most important thing a vision board accomplishes is clarity. Clarity comes from being intentional. We begin with quiet and journaling time to establish what’s really most important in your life and future. The result of the workshop is the clarity you discovered clearly depicted on the vision board you take home.
